You will probably be able to discuss with the installer where the external box goes (the CSP) and where the ONT goes inside. Cable can be run on an external wall from the CSP to the entry point for the ONT connection.
We have a new wiring box from Openreach for our full fibre but there is a very old BT box outside, which contains some old wiring (some that have been cut). Can this be moved/removed? I can't add a photo of the box, which is unfortunate!
