Hi Steve thanks for your help, I cleaned the junction box out and connectors and reinstalled it and the problem has disapeared just so if anyone else has similar problems :)
The horn relay isn't under the hood in the engine compartment , it's in the SJB - smart junction box located inside the passager compartment . Under the dash panel left side . .
