Yes, the SJB is the Smart Junction Box. It replaces what used to be the Generic Electronic Module (GEM) and rides piggy back with the interior fuse panel. It controls many things, and as such I would not be too quick to assume it's the source of the current draw.

We can rule out the GEM if the problem persists after that, so I'm leaning towards either one of the MAXI fuses being blown, or the battery saver relay stuck open.
