There's little room to work near the upper end of the pipe. You need to get in there to separate 2 hoses (1 to throttle body, 1 to heater) & to remove its bolt. I ended up removing the other heater hose to gain access, so mark them . upper & lower radiator hoses, the short hose by the throttle body (smaller diameter), and the little hose down by the water pump are probably the only "shaped" hoses you should .

there is a short hose that takes off from the water pump and feeds a metal pipe the leads to the rear of the engine and the heater core. check the rear of the engine , driver side, 2 hoses go to the center of the fire wall. (2 other hoses in the area go from the AC to the far, passenger, side of the fire wall. how much coolant are you loosing? you might consider also pulling the overflow bottle and cleaning it out - pour it out (safely, if you use a clean container, you could put the coolant back in, don't let any mammal you care about have an opportunity to drink coolant, it is attractive to most animals but causes a slow death!) , put 1 or 2 handfuls of ice cubes and a little water .
Swapping radiators is quite simple. Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses and drain the coolant. Disconnect the 2 fan cable plugs and the ATF cooling lines. Plug the metal lines (even a tightly rolled up piece of paper towel works) and remove the bolts on top and lift the radiator and fan assembly out of the engine compartment as one piece.

Disconnect the 2 knock sensors, temp sensor, PS pressure switch, oil pressure switch and crank sensor. These last 4 are under the alternator. Finally, the high pressure inside the coolant system snapped the bottom hose and the whole coolant leaked out. I was able to patch it and drove the car home. Then, I figured there was too much pressure (the leak was probably much bigger), so I cut the bottom half of the radiator cap, and now I have ZERO pressure in the system. it did overflow in my reservoir. so i cleaned all the coolant that got into the engine.but, after a few days, i noticed that the top of the radiator where the plastic meets the metal brace, there is coolant seaping out of the cracks. so does this mean i just need a new radiator? im just afraid because i drove the car like this for over 2 weeks .
